Returns & Deliveries
Sadly returns cannot be made on event tickets, this does not effect your rights as a consumer.
We will only return tickets on events that have been cancelled, if you feel your event has been cancelled please check the Facebook page, if the event is cancelled you can email us so that we can process your return safely and securely.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and subject the email ''returns'' Returns will usually take up to 5 working days from when you have received your confirmation of the return, which will be sent to you by email.
We do not take responsibility for mistaken purchases, if you are under 18 and have purchased an 18+ only ticket we cannot return this but you are welcome to sell your ticket on our event pages, however all age restrictions are clearly posted on the ticket information so please read carefully before buying. We also do not accept returns if you can no longer make the event.
We deliver all our event tickets by first class Royal Mail, untrackable and no signature is required. If you haven't received your ticket before the event, please email us before the actual event but please keep in mind that event day can take longer than usual to reply.
We deliver up to 5 days prior to an event day, if you order after the 5 day period your tickets will be reserved on the door or in some cases you will be sent an eTicket by the email provided at Checkout.
If you have been sent an eTicket, we ask that you please print it out to make your entry to the event that bit simpler.
